25 Dec 1818 Reduced to half-pay.
25 Feb 1819 Restored to full-pay as a Purveyor's clerk.
13 Feb 1820 Died at Jamaica. His widow was supported by financial contributions from the Army Medical Officers Benevolent Fund.
