20 Mar 1806 Surgeon 2nd/14th (Buckinghamshire) Regiment of Foot.
Malta June 1810 Arrived at Malta.
Malta 1811 On duty with his regiment.
Malta 1812 On duty with his regiment.
Malta 1813 On duty with his regiment.
20 May 1813 Promoted Surgeon to the Forces from 14th Foot.
Malta 3 Nov 1813 Embarked from Sicily for plague duty in Malta.
Malta Feb 1814 Left to join Lord William Bentinck's expedition to Italy, but returned on 11 March as the Board of Health in Sicily would not allow him to land and perform quarantine in Sicily.
Malta May 1814 Returned to England.
Malta 1816 Surgeon to the Forces.
1816 Left Malta for Trinidad where he occupied the post of Senior Medical Officer.
21 Sep 1817 Died in Trinidad.
