11 Dec 1811 Letter from the Army Medical Board to Inspector of Hospitals James Borland at Messina, notifying him of the removal of Deputy Purveyor Frost William from the Staff of the Army in Malta to the Sicilian Command so as to relieve Deputy Purveyor Richard Cleave who was needed in Portugal. Frost was to be replaced in Malta by Purveyor to the Forces Richard Moss from Sicily. However, in Dec 1812, Frost was still included in the monthly returns of the Malta Command.
