1 Aug 1856 Staff Assistant Surgeon.
19 Aug 1856 Assistant Surgeon 22nd (The Cheshire) Regiment of Foot.
25 Feb 1857 Aged 26 years and 7 months, married Eliza Mary Griffin aged 24 years and two months at the Metropolitan Church, Marlborough Street, Dublin.
18 Sep 1860 Staff Assistant Surgeon.
12 Jan 1861 PMO Malta reported: A very good officer. In medical charge of Forrest Hospital which he conducts in a satisfactory manner.
22 Aug 1862 Died at Forrest Hospital, St Julians, from Febris Remittens.
Left two orphans who received financial contributions from the Army Medical Officers Benevolent Fund.
