20 Sep 1836 Pursuant to a decree of the High Court of Chancery made in a cause Jackson versus Eagles, the creditors of John Ives, formerly of Oxford Street, gentleman and afterwards a surgeon in the army decease at Malta in February 1809, are, by their solicitors on or before the 25 November 1836, to come in and prove their debts before Nassau William Senior esquire, one of the Masters of the said Court or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded the benefit of the said decree.
