Malta 13 Mar 1813 On plague duty at the Pest Hospital Floriana.
Was resident medical officer at the Lazaretto Quarantine Harbour. Afterwards performed a month's quarantine in a detached house alone.
Malta 24 June 1814 Left for England with invalids.
24 June 1814 – 24 Dec 1814 On duty in England.
28 July 1814 Promoted Surgeon 86th (Royal County Down) Regiment of Foot.
25 Dec 1814 Retired to half-pay Surgeon 86th Regiment.
