1 Aug 1885 Surgeon Army Medical Staff.
28 Feb 1889 Reduced to half-pay.
19 Dec 1889 Restored to Full-pay.
11 Apr 1890 Arrived from Portsmouth England.
30 June 1891 Embarked in the Tamar at Malta for duty on board with invalids. Was granted leave till 10 October.
Malta 1 Oct 1891 Returned to Malta.
1892 On garrison duty.
17 May 1893 Returned to Horfield England.
16 Nov 1898 Retired with a gratuity.
18 Oct 1902 Promoted to Major in recognition of his services when employed as an Army Reserve Officer at Woolwich, during the operations in South Africa.
