Commissioned in the RAMC after graduating at Trinity College Dublin in 1932.
11 Jan 1935 Arrived from England.
3 Apr 1936 On home leave. Married Sister Miss L. E. Miller QAIMNS.
25 Apr 1936 Returned from England. In medical charge of troops Mtarfa.
13 July 1936 Left for Palestine.
19 Dec 1936 Returned from Palestine.
4 Nov 1937 On home leave.
28 Jan 1938 Returned to Malta.
31 Jan 1939 Returned to England.
Discharged from the services after contracting pulmonary tuberculosis which was treated with a thoracoplasty.
1949–1972 Consultant chest physician to the North Buckinghamshire chest clinics, and Tindal General Hospital. For three years was medical director of Northamptonshire mass radiography unit.
15 Oct 1993 Died aged 87 years.
