Passed his examination for the licence to practice medicine of the King and Queen's College of Physician in Ireland.

1895 Served on the expedition for the relief of Chitral on the North-West Frontier of India.

6 Mar 1900 Lieutenant Colonel.

Malta 28 July 1909 Arrived from Crete following the British evacuation of the island.

Malta 1910 Officer in charge Forrest Military Hospital Julian's Bay.

Malta 1911 Officer in charge Forrest Military Hospital St Julian's Bay.

3 July 1911 Retired.

Sept 1911 Left Malta.

28 July 1914 Start of the Great War.
