1 Mar Moved to the Command Convalescent Depôt in relief of Capt D Adler from X (surplus to war establishment).
7 June 1944 Appointed Officer Commanding Convalescent Depôt Malta from X (1) surplus to War Establishment (SMO), vice T/Major Amos John, who left for the MEF. On 15 June, 13 Barracks rooms and equipment for 260 beds where temporarily transferred to the Royal Navy for use as ratings rest camp.
19 Aug 1945 Officer Commanding Convalescent Depôt Malta. On leave to UK. In his absence, the Convalescent Depôt was commanded by Surgeon-Captain Sammut J J RMA, attached to 90 General Hospital.
3 Oct 1945 Returned from leave. The number of patients admitted in October was 119 (70 Medical and 41 Surgical of which 8 were orthopaedic).
20 Nov 1945 Command Convalescent Depôt Ghajn Tuffieha Barracks was disbanded.
